Work With Me
Grounded • Open • Present
Whether you are seeking relief from pain, support through life's transitions, or a deeper relationship with yourself, our work begins exactly where you are.
Each session is individualized, integrating physical therapy, embodied practice, and compassionate presence to support your unique path toward healing, growth, and wholeness.
“I’ve learned how to be more resilient within my own body.”
-Jenna, Client of Awareness in Motion
Why You Are Here
You may be arriving because something hurts.
Or because something deeper is asking for your attention.
Or perhaps both at the same time.
You may be experiencing:
Physical pain or ongoing tension
Limited mobility due to injury, aging, or illness
Feeling disconnected from your body
Stress, overwhelm, or carrying too much
Frustration with solutions that don't last
Or perhaps you're sensing a quieter longing:
To feel more grounded and alive
To reconnect with yourself and your body
To explore embodied awareness and movement
To deepen your spiritual life
To discover a more authentic way of living
Whether you come seeking relief, healing, or simply because you sense there is more, we begin with what is present. You don't have to separate the parts of yourself or have everything figured out before you begin.
Healing and growth unfold in relationship. My role is to walk alongside you with presence, curiosity, and care as you listen to your body, reconnect with yourself, and discover new possibilities for living from your wholeness.
What We Do Together
Together, we listen for what your body is communicating and respond to what is emerging. Each session is shaped by your goals, your experience, and what feels most supportive in that moment. There is no fixed protocol—only a thoughtful, collaborative process that honors you as a whole person.
Depending on your needs, our work may include:
Movement and embodied awareness
Physical therapy assessment and treatment
Nervous system support
Hands-on bodywork
Mindful exploration of patterns and habits
Reflection and integration
Simple home practices
The intention is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to support lasting change that you can embody and live.
“You have provided me with a safe place to share my thoughts, concerns and fears. Your response has always provided me with hope and encouragement.”
-Kevin, Client of Awareness in Motion
What Changes
As awareness deepens and new patterns emerge, people often discover these changes—not because they're striving to become someone different, but because they're learning to listen more deeply to themselves and respond with greater awareness, compassion, and choice.
Less pain and tension
Greater ease of movement
A more settled and responsive nervous system
Increased balance, stability, and confidence
Feeling more grounded and present
Greater resilience in meeting life's challenges
A kinder, more trusting relationship with themselves
More freedom to live from their wholeness
This work may be a good fit if:
You're willing to participate actively in your own healing.
You're curious about working with your body, not only talking about your experience.
You sense there is more, even if you can't fully name it.
You value depth, presence, and integration.
You desire a collaborative process.
Is This for You?
“I feel relaxed and transformed after a session.”
-Karen, Client of Awareness in Motion
